Processing Time

Orders placed through our website will be processed within 1-3 business day. Also, you will receive a shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after your package has shipped.

Shipping Time

Your order will ship from our United Kingdom or United States warehouse. Once your order is shipped, it will usually arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS or other carriers. 

Please Note: Delivery Time=Processing Time (1-3 Business Day) + Shipping Time (3-7 Business Day).

We only provide express service for USA & UK. And we provide free shipping service over US$49, otherwise US$5 freight. Also, we currently only sell laundry sheets in the US & UK.

Our sales price is inclusive of all product costs, and we do not charge taxes or fees.
